1. ⁠Do I need to be a member to shop?

No, membership is not required. However, becoming a member allows you to track your orders more easily and automatically fill in your information for your next purchases.

2.⁠ ⁠How can I create an account?

You can create your membership by clicking on the "Register" option from the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of our website, filling in the necessary information.

3.⁠ ⁠How can I place my order?

Add the product you want to buy to your cart, then go to your cart and click the "Proceed to Payment" button. Once you fill in your personal information and complete the payment process, your order will be received.

4.⁠ ⁠What payment methods can I use?

We have credit card, bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options. You can make payment by choosing the method that suits you best.

5.⁠ ⁠How much is the shipping fee?

Our standard shipping is free. However, if you choose the cash on delivery option, a 50 TL shipping fee will be charged.

6.⁠ ⁠How can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change by contacting us before your order is shipped.

7.⁠ ⁠How can I use my discount code?

There is a special area on the payment page where you can enter your discount code. You can benefit from the discount by entering the code in this area.

When your order is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You can also track your order status by logging in to your account in the "My Account" section.

9.⁠ ⁠When will my shipment arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary between 1-3 business days depending on the courier company and your location.

10.⁠ ⁠How can I return or exchange a product?

11.⁠ ⁠I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

If you do not use a credit card, you can choose bank transfer/EFT or cash on delivery options.

13.⁠ ⁠What are the ironing instructions for your products?

Since most of our products are made of delicate fabrics, we recommend that you use a low temperature iron, preferably with steam. Placing a thin cloth over the fabric while ironing will prevent damage to the product.
