DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the [e-commerce site name] website belonging to the SELLER.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Price: Prices stated on the product page are valid.

  • Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer/EFT, payment at the door

4. DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery Time: Products are delivered to cargo within 24 hours following order confirmation. This time may vary for specially designed and personalized products.

  • Cargo Company: The cargo company may vary depending on the region where the order will be sent.

  • Delivery Conditions: The product will be sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order. If the BUYER is not at the address during delivery, the product can be picked up from the nearest cargo branch with the notification form left by the cargo company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Right of Withdrawal: The BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • Return Conditions: In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and complete.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Return shipping fee will be covered by the SELLER.

  • Return Process: After the return request is notified to the SELLER in writing by the BUYER, the return of the product and the refund of the price will be completed within 14 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been specially designed and/or personalized.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Approval of the Contract: By approving this contract electronically, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of the contract.

  • Information and Documents: BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order.

  • Dispute Status: In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

7. ENFORCEMENT

This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
